The organisation has been designed as an attempt to transfer an academic institution into the Internet and study its potentialities in the Web. http://www.o-o.lt
The main aim of this organization is education and artistic research; implementation of artistic projects; engaging emerging artists and scientists by offering them creative activity, internet communities, meetings, conferences and other events.
Other aims of Institutio media are
- developing of networks and communication between users in Lithuania and abroad, organizing meetings and conferences regarding the development and implementation of internet projects;
- organizing lectures, conferences, events;
- taking part in competitions and collaborative projects organized by Lithuanian and foreign organizations.
